We carefully inspect each piece to make sure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order if your jewellery is damaged due to delivery handling or is faulty.

All orders will be dispatched within 10 business days after the purchase is complete, as per standard shipping.
